Operation Democracy 11th District North Carolina

Members of Operation Democracy from the North Carolina 11th Congressional District of the United States House of Representatives gather on April 24 2008 in Hendersonville to present a new poll to the offices of Republican Bush supporting Senator(s) Elizabeth Dole and Richard Burr.  A 2008 POLL by MoveOn ORG about the effects of the IRAQ WAR and it's DAMAGE to the ECONOMY of THE PEOPLE of North Carolina.  Are our Senators listening? - Can they hear us now? - Why did they have to wait until now to start doing something about the disastrous policy they helped to install and blindly support?

THANK YOU, Jim Phelps for organizing a great event.

DEFINITION OF A VETERAN:
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."  -  Author Unknown  -

Disastrous Policies come from carpet bagging career politicians doing the work of getting re-elected,
instead of doing the BUSINESS of THE PEOPLE while in office.
Let's return to a Government of the People - By The People.
